This driver was on the phone during friday evening traffic in Petaluma on 101 North. He started to merge into my car and was about to hit me until I slammed on the breaks. I was very concerned that I would be rear ended for doing such a short stop. Luckily we were not hit, but this driver didn't use his blinkers and is a danger to the public. If I recall correctly it is a silver BMW SUV. Someone needs to stop this car.
